At Affordable Legal Services, LLC, we strive to provide quality criminal defense legal representation at affordable prices. You have a Constitutional right under federal and state law to have an attorney represent you whenever you are charged with any crime. Our rates vary depending on the circumstances, the kind of crime(s) you are charged, your prior criminal history or probation status, and other variables. We frequently offer flat fees and a 10% discount for Veterans of any U.S. Armed Services (discount currently in CT only).

For criminal cases in Connecticut, we charge between $200-$300/hr, depending on the nature of the case.

For civil infractions (criminal acts below a misdemeanor, e.g., possession of marijuana or most driving offenses such as a simple speeding ticket), we may be able to work out a flat fee.

For Connecticut cases involving felonies, multiple offenses, DUI/OUI, probation violations, and cases with a prior criminal history (“priors”), please call or email to inquire.
