Unlike other firms, our contingency fee is based on the Connecticut statute for contingency fees. We will also do everything we can to minimize litigation expenses. Since all litigation costs are reimbursed when your case is finalized, we recognize that those costs are money out of your pocket. Therefore, we do everything possible to prevent unnecessary litigation and costs.
